On the morning of January 26, 2024, CEO Le Vu Anh, representing Long Giang Foundation, attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the first Class A office building at the Oriental Square project in the central area of West Tay Ho (Starlake Urban Area). The event was organized by Dai Nam Tien Construction Joint Stock Company, the project’s developer, in collaboration with Dong Thanh International Investment Joint Stock Company (OSI Holding).

About the project
The Oriental Square building boasts modern amenities, from spacious parking lots to gym rooms and restaurants. With a land area of 3,946 square meters and a construction floor area of 28,652 square meters, the project aims for LEED Gold Class A office standards, featuring open spaces and green gardens on each floor, fostering a close connection with nature.

Following the foundation testing package, Long Giang Foundation continues to take on the role of the foundation construction contractor, including 57 piles and 237 meters of retaining walls with depths ranging from 18-22 meters.
